The Bluegrass Region is dedicated to doing things on purpose to help our advisors grow their business. We have a very active regional Field Advisory Board whose “Mission” is to help create a collaborative effort between Regional Advisors, the Home Office, and the Field Advisory Board to make the Bluegrass Region the best place to work and the best place for clients to invest.
 The Board’s emphasis is placed on:
- Increasing regional communication
- Teaming
- Succession Planning
- Systemization
- Increase Advisor Knowledge and Education
- Practice Management
- Client Relationship Management
We believe that the FAB can be a great asset to support your practice, facilitate programs and stimulate initiative within Money Concepts and the Bluegrass Region. This shared effort is being developed to aid every rep in the region build a great Financial Planning practice.
The Thoroughbred Club
 In conjunction with the Bluegrass Region, The Field Advisory Board established The Thoroughbred Club. Each year, the Bluegrass Region sends the Thoroughbred Club on a weekend retreat to facilitate interaction, education and friendship between our top advisors and their families. This year’s Thoroughbred Club members earned a complimentary two night stay at the West Baden Resort.
Qualifications:
- Licensed with Money Concepts for one full year, and
- Have total GDC of $100,000+, or
- Have total GDC of $50,000 and a 20%+ increase from the previous year, or
- Served on the Field Advisory Board
Thoroughbred Club inductees will also receive recognition at the Annual Regional Planning Meeting and will have the opportunity to serve on the Field Advisory Board the following year.
